Natalie B. Jewelry is a collection of unique pieces ranging from one-of-a-kind vintage to chic trend. Based out of the sought-after beach town of Venice, California, NBJ has been in the business for over 20 years. The collections range from an eclectic mix of times and trends. Scouting styles through world travel, designer Natalie journeys to beautiful locations such as Paris, Istanbul, Vienna and Milan to render beautiful jewelry with an unmatched style. Along with her travels, the weekly trips to vintage markets and bazaars of her upbringing as well as secret treasure spots of which she will never reveal of specialty selections.

Natalie B Jewelry is looking for an extremely organized and detail oriented Vendor Relations & Inventory and Coordinator. 


Manage wholesale and ecommerce inventory insuring the appropriate amount of stock is kept on hand at all times to support sales utilizing Quickbooks.
Generate and analyze sale/inventory reports and work with leadership to determine items that should or should not be reordered.
Work with cross-functional team members to plan inventory and mitigate any issues/discrepancies. Plan and perform annual inventory audit.
Utilize QuickBooks to create POs and receive merchandise against POs. Resolve any order discrepancies with vendors.
Communicate and follow up with vendors on a regular basis regarding orders and status of production/shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
Create new sku's and provide invoice and samples to photographer for product shots for website and line sheets.
Enter vendor invoices as needed in QuickBooks.
Assist with product development by providing feedback and suggestions to head designer.
Ensure that all new sku's are costed out completely with every part included (ie. the chain, clasp, jump rings, production cost etc.).
Auditing all existing sku's and completing any costing that needs to be added into QuickBooks.
Adding all new sku's into the cost book with clear photos, cost, and vendor style number/name.

Qualifications :

MUST be proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office

Exceptional work ethic, self-motivated and attention-to-detail

Required experience:
Vendor Relations/Inventory experience working for a jewelry/accessory line: 2 years




We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic employee to help all departments at our fashion jewelry wholesale/ecommerce business at our Studio in Venice, CA. A knowledge and passion for current and past fashion trends is a job requirement.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Receiving and tracking inventory
Packing and shipping orders
Assisting with returns
Helping with quality control and repairs
Help with E-commerce customer service
Help maintain inventory
Assist in the general administrative tasks for our small team

Skills Required :

Attention to detail
Extremely organized
Knowledge of Microsoft word and excel, QuickBooks a plus
Prioritize and follow through with a variety of changing tasks
Ability to work effectively in an independent and collaborative manner
Ability to wear multiple hats

Collaborate with the Vendor Relations team to ensure quality of manufactured merchandise.


Must live in the Los Angeles Area
Flexible schedule: 2-4 days per week. Monday-Friday.
Excellent organization skills and detail oriented.
Self motivated and takes initiative.


This is a paid Internship.
