This reversible blue enamel sterling silver Mini pendant features Our Lady of Lourdes -  Virgin Mary. The vintage treasure is circa early 1900s from Italy. Made Natalie B. style on a sterling silver chain hanging 15 inches with a 3 inch extension chain and finished with a turquoise bead detail. Pendant is 9mm wide.
