The Cornicello, or the Italian name for the horn is an amulet worn to bring luck and protect against the evil.
The "Baby Italian Horn Necklace" is adorned on a delicate satellite chain. Both charm and chain are 14k gold filled and sit 14 inches long with a 3 inch extension chain Horn hangs 16mm long, including the bale, and is 3.5mm wide at the thickest point.
